As the title says , I have a k2 plus with a cds, when done printing a color the filament won’t retract. It is in all 4 slots and I have taken it apart a lot and there is no blockages. I’m not sure it is cutting the filament or not but I have to take the feed tube off the back and pull out the filament while depressing the release button on the bottom of the cfs. Any help
