I have an Ender3 V3 KE. The printer continues to get clogged. I clean it out, replace the nozzle and it stills clogs. The gears also start to click. I have tried to adjust the gears but I am not sure that it the problem. Is the clog causing the gears to click or is there something wrong with the gears that is causing the clogging.?

When the extruder gears “click,” it usually means the filament isn’t moving smoothly through the hotend. The stepper motor pushes the filament, but excessive resistance causes it to skip steps, creating the clicking sound. On the Ender 3 V3 KE, overtightening the extruder tensioner can grind the filament and produce plastic dust, which can eventually clog the hotend. To avoid this, slightly loosen the tension — just enough to grip the filament without flattening it.
