Printing has been going fine since I got the printer the 2nd of July, this year, but then got a clog I couldn't clear (a piece of PLA broke off right at the throat of the nozzle). Pulled off the fan and Lidar sensor according to several videos, and removed the silicon boot. Removed the nozzle, found the piece of PLA and removed it. Easy enough. Reassembled the hot end and fan, lidar, and tried to extrude some TPU, and the LED lights turned off just as the nozzle got to temp and error code 2569 popped up on the screen. Read that thermistor wires may be loose, but I never touched them. Looked all through the Creality site and their fault codes do not have a correction or cause for the error.

Anyone know what the LEDs and the nozzle unclog has to do with this error?

Appreciate any insight.

Thanks to all who responded....what tremendous help (sarcastic as hell).

For those who get this error, be advised the issue is the nozzle PCB. As soon as I replaced it, error cleared without any further issues. Matter resolved.

The site is slow, it's been hard to spread the word. Glad you got it fixed and thanks for taking the time to post the solution.
