if in the wrong place and this post is not allowed here please just tell me. i have a 2 week old k2 after a few prints a i got a message saying z axis homing issue. searched endlessly online and found someone that said to do a factory reset in settings menu and i did, now the screen shows z axis homing issue and fails at cutter calibration. i have contacted creality on phone 4 times and emailed them with one response from them. i dont think they know whats wrong but refuse to help me and all i get is the guy on the phone telling me no worries no worries, over and over. any help at all please. maybe someone has seen this problem. if i knew what the problem was i would purchase parts on my own dime. creality customer service sucks though.

I am new to this forum, and to 3d printing. I am surprised no one has replied. Have you checked other forums? Have you been able to fix the issue?
