I have been a happy and successful user of my Ender3 V3 KE which I control from the Creality Print app on my MacBook Pro. I recently encountered a problem whereby the printer started with the initial "out of the box" start sequence. I get as far as the "machine start up" sequence when the extruder moves initially but subsequently freezes. I assumed it was a Nebula firmware problem and re-flashed the firmware using the process described in the "bricked Ender3 V3 KE " video on YouTube (not a trivial exercise!). This did NOT cure the problem; the machine still starts with the same "o-o-b" sequence and freezes at the same point. (Language Selection OK, Privacy Policy OK, Network Setting OK, Time Zone setting OK but Machine Start-Up (which can't be skipped) results in some extruder movement but then freezes.) Any thoughts on where I go next gratefully received.

Having got nowhere with the Creality User Forum, I decided to bite the bullet and fit a new main control Board @ £30 before considering a new printer. I am very glad I did as the printer is now working fine. I still don't know what caused the original problem but as the printer is now functional, I can live with that.
