hello everyone.
a friend asked me to help with problems when printing on a k1 max.
the following information is based on his words and my observations.
they have four k1 max printers in their studio. one is a first-revision printer with a v6 hotend nozzle, and three have a long nozzle. the three printers are working stably.
the issue is with the first printer.
when the first part is printed, the print completes successfully. after the first model is printed, they try to print the same model again. however, during the first 1-3 layers of printing, the nozzle becomes clogged. initially, the printer was printing normally, but after some time, the nozzle began to clog. they replaced the extruder and hotend, but the issue persisted.
I checked the results of the bedmesh. It shows that the bed is tilted at one corner. My assumption is that when the nozzle passes too low over the bed, it gets clogged. This issue can be resolved by mechanically leveling the table. However, the nozzle may get clogged during the printing of the second part before the plastic is extruded and the first layer is printed.
What do you think could be the cause of this?
