I have recently bought a new Ender-3 v3-SE. The supplied SD card was corrupted (according to the specialist shop l took it to) so I’m having to buy a new card and download the software and firmware from the Creality website onto my PC.
I have now successfully installed the Creality Print software, but when I try to download the latest firmware it downloads as a file called “F001_ota_img_V1.2.3.28.img”, which my PC has labelled an image file. I don’t know how to open this so that I can load it onto my new SD card.
Any suggestions?
