Hi everyone,
I am currently struggling with and error message with the creality k2 plus printer. I have replaced the extruder and nozzle and opened up the cfs and see no visible signs of a filament jam. I try to do a calibration, and it will not let me because of this error message. " Filament detected in extruder; please unload before calibration". I've even replaced the small chip in the extruder. what's crazy is it will allow me to print from the side spool, but not the cfs. I'm absolutely clueless on what to do. I am brand new to 3d printing and I'm learning as I go, this has me stumped. If anyone can help that would be very much appreciated. thanks.
