Hi, I am not new to 3d printing . I have been printing for over 5 years. I own 4 printers just to let you know my level of knowledge
But one has me stumped. I have a plain old ender 3 printer that has been a workhorse. all of the sudden the nozzle has started to clog during printing.
This is what I have done so far:
Tried different filaments
Made sure the reel is not sticking
Changed the extruder
Changed the Hot end
Changed the nozzle a few times using different brands incase the batch was bad (I print with a .08 nozzle)
Changed the bowden tube
Changed the fittings on the extruder and hotend for the bowden tube.
I set the temps on this printer at 215/60 and it has worked for years with no issues.
I have leveled the bed several times the same way I have done it since I go it with the CHEP program.
I am stumped. Any ideas would be welcomed.
