CR-10 SE Autolevelling issue after hot end replacement

I recently had to replace the hotend on m CR-10 SE which went fine, but nmow when trying to autolevel the whole print head is too far left of the print bed and therefore cannot autolevel as the touch sensor is not above the bed and then digs into the very left of the print bed, can anybody suggest a solution? has anybody had this before?
